Working with Executives, Chairman / Non-Executive Directors and Entrepreneurs who may be semi-retired, or running multiple ventures/board appointments, I offer a range of personal and business services.

 

Whether you’re looking for casual or every day assistance, my services are adaptable to your needs. If you want to have an EA who visits you, onsite visits can be arranged for Melbourne based clients.

What do you need help with?

Personal

Booking appointments, buying & sending gifts, reminders of personal events & RSVPs, holiday booking and more

Daily organisation

Managing your diary, eliminating double bookings or missed appointments, answering and actioning emails, making reservations, organising meetings and more

Business Admin

Travel management including all logistics and transfers, word processing, document formatting, file management, mail outs, data entry, internet research, accounts and more

Board Roles

Coordinating meetings, collation of board papers, assistance with assigned tasks and more

Event Coordination

Invitations and mailout, venue booking, sourcing and engaging presenters/keynote speakers, catering and more

Business processes

Creating, editing and formatting templates, guides and reports, onboarding procedures, reference checking, transcription of reference checks, disciplinary discussions and performance reviews, creation on hiring checklists and review/creation of must-have employee documents and policies for small business and more

Working onsite (Melbourne based) to help you with all your EA tasks such as diary management, events, word processing, meetings and more, I’m not just a temp who will answer your phone and relieve lunch breaks

When I joined Credit Suisse I was fortunate to have Tory as my executive assistant.

My week can vary dramatically from my role as Vice Chairman at Credit Suisse to Board and Not for Profit activities to my role as a strategic and active shareholder in several private businesses, and not forgetting my personal and family life.
